OkCupid Account Recovery Isn’t Working
Although I was able to log in to my OkCupid account without any problems yesterday, today I can no longer access it using either my phone number or my email address. When I try to log in, I get an error message that says, “This number is either invalid or we can’t find your account. Try signing in with your email or create a new…” and I cannot access my account.
My account contains my photos and personal information. I was using a free account with no paid subscription, but despite that, it appears that my account cannot be found using either my phone number or my email address. I also could not find a support phone number, email address, or live chat option through the app or website, so I have no way to resolve the issue myself.
I request that OkCupid locate the account in question and restore my access. If that is not possible, I want my account and all personal data associated with it to be permanently deleted. I also request that OkCupid fulfill its obligations regarding the protection of my personal data under Türkiye’s KVKK and provide me with a clear response regarding the status of my account and data.
