OkCupid Premium Subscription Not Showing Photos
Despite purchasing a Premium membership on OkCupid, I’m unable to view list photos. The app keeps displaying a message saying, "Your Cupid picture list will refresh in X hours," but when the time comes, the refresh countdown just extends again. Yesterday, it said 13 hours, and today it’s showing 18 hours again.
I’m really frustrated with this recurring issue and can’t understand why this is happening, especially after upgrading to Premium. I expect OkCupid to resolve this problem immediately, as the feature is clearly not working as advertised.
