I'm really worried and annoyed! OkCupid made an account in my name and posted my Instagram pictures without my authorization. I never registered for this site, however my personal pictures are being used without permission.
Global privacy rules and the Personal Data Protection Law, or KVKK, state that using someone's personal information, documents, or images without their express permission is against law. The app lacks a suitable complaint part, hence even with this major breach it is difficult to get support and fix this problem.
OkCupid, delete my illegal account right away and pictures! Should this problem not be fixed, I will proceed legally. Correct this right away.
