Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050 Ti DirectX Function Error and Charging Issue

I use a Monster Abra A7 v13.3 notebook with an Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050 Ti graphics card. While playing UFC 24, my laptop stops charging after a few hours. When I unplug and replug it, it starts charging again, but the issue reoccurs after some time. The same problem existed with FIFA 23 as well. Yesterday, I received a 'DirectX Function' error notification and couldn't understand the cause. I can't solve the issue, and this error causes me to be kicked out of the game. I've seen many people experiencing this problem online. I'm curious: could this be due to the graphics card or processor driver causing the charging to stop during gameplay? Has anyone else faced this issue? I'm at the point of giving up on my laptop. I experience FPS issues during matches and while navigating menu options in the game, but not while browsing the normal menus. There is a significant and unresolved problem here.
