On August 12, 2026, I placed an order on mondyshop.com.tr for Nuxe Rêve de Thé Revitalising Moisturising Milk 24hr (400 ml) and paid the full purchase price of 698.90 TRY. Following payment, I contacted the vendor via WhatsApp, where customer service explicitly confirmed in writing that the order would be dispatched on the same day.

Despite this written commitment, weeks have passed and the item has still not been shipped, nor has any tracking information or status update been provided. Retaining paid consumer funds without fulfilling order obligations or providing delivery updates violates basic distance selling regulations and consumer protection standards.

I demand that mondyshop.com.tr immediately dispatch my order with active tracking details or process an immediate, full refund of 698.90 TRY to my original payment method.
