Nova Investment Made It Difficult for Me to Withdraw My Funds in USD or TRY

I have been investing with Nova Investment for a long time. I wanted to withdraw the money in my account, which is in USD, to my TRY account, but I couldn’t. When I requested to withdraw in USD, I was told that I need to have a USD account. Now, I need to open a foreign currency account at the bank to receive the USD. I am requesting the TRY equivalent instead. I feel wronged in this situation.
