I Can't Get My Money Back From Nova Investment

I regret ever dealing with Nova Invest investment firm. They initially asked for small amounts of money from me, which I invested. Then they asked for more, but when I refused to transfer additional funds, they cut off contact with me. While I can see the money in my account through the mobile app, I can't seem to withdraw it. Every time I try to withdraw, I can't find anyone to help me. Don't ever invest with this company. You won't get your money back. They'll show the money in your account, but they won't send it to you. They won't send it to me. I've tried calling all the phone numbers I have, but no one answers. I can't even find anyone to help me get my money back. Everything they claim on their website is a lie. There's no customer focus, it's all lies. It's all a scam. They are complete frauds.
