I Face Notion Refund Delays After Paying For An AI Feature I Cannot Use

I want to share my experience with the Notion website and its frustrating payment system. I paid around $9 for access to an AI-supported feature, but I still could not use it because the plan I purchased did not include that feature. I understand that mistake, but when I requested a refund, they refused to process it and have continued making me deal with this issue for days without a proper solution.

I cannot even figure out where to cancel the subscription I created.

I have never seen such a confusing and unusable interface. Notion’s design and subscription management system are extremely frustrating and difficult to navigate.
