Nissan Qashqai E-Power 2023 Generator Malfunctioned at Just 9000 km

I had a generator failure in my Nissan Qashqai E-Power 2023 model, which had only 9000 kilometers on it. The authorized dealer, Kuzey Otomotiv Yenibosna, diagnosed the problem and stated that the generator needed to be replaced. Strangely, this occurred immediately following a routine maintenance service. When asked about any actions taken during maintenance, they denied any significant changes, mentioning only oil and filter replacements. But why didn't this issue arise prior to the service? They responded, "Just bad luck."

My Nissan Qashqai 2023 with 9000km e-power is in the service center due to a generator malfunction. I was given a rental car with a three-day option. Because of the Eid al-Adha holiday, I was supposed to set off today, Monday, but due to these unfortunate events, I cannot. I request an extension of this three-day option. I have no doubt that Nissan will address this issue and ensure customer satisfaction. I was enjoying using my car, but this misfortune occurred. I kindly ask for your assistance urgently. I want to keep the rental car until my vehicle is repaired. I am urgently awaiting your response as I need to set off. Thank you.

Hello, when I called Nissan General Directorate, they told me that there is a ten-day waiting period for a rental car and that it would be provided after ten days until the part arrives. I explained that I was left without a car on the eve of Eid al-Adha, that I was supposed to set off today according to my plan, and that I couldn't wait for ten days. Unfortunately, they did not care. Even if they give me a car in Ankara after ten days, it is of no use to me because the holiday will be over, and my vacation will be over as well. The place I need to go is very far, a distance of 1000 kilometers. I haven't arranged a plane ticket or a bus ticket. I told them that I have paid millions for my car, but they imposed a ten-day restriction.
