The Switch supports both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi, but sometimes the console refuses to connect or keeps losing the network.
Main causes:
Incorrect password or router settings error
Interference on the 2.4 GHz band
Outdated console firmware
Restrictions from the internet provider (NAT, blocks)
What you can try:
Restart the router and the Switch itself
Forget the network in the console settings and reconnect
Try connecting to another access point (for example, mobile hotspot)
Change the Wi-Fi channel in the router settings (especially for 2.4 GHz)
Update the Switch firmware to the latest version
For NAT errors — enable UPnP on the router or manually open the ports for the Switch
