I purchased a pair of Nike shoes from SuperStep, and despite wearing them only a few times, both shoes developed holes. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality. I only wore them during the spring season, so there is no reason they should have deteriorated this quickly.
I am requesting an exchange, as this is clearly a product defect. Nike must take responsibility and ensure a solution. With spring here, I don’t want to waste time waiting for a lengthy process.
Nike, stand by your brand and provide a resolution immediately! I expect a timely replacement so I can actually use the shoes I paid for.
