In Street Nike Shoes Defective After Only Three Months
In June 2026, I purchased a pair of Nike shoes from In Street with the expectation that they were original and under warranty. Although the shoes are only about 3 months old and have not been worn every day, the inner lining has torn and the toe area has opened, which I consider to be a clear indication of a defective product. I took the shoes to In Street twice, and they sent them to Nike for inspection each time. However, the response I received was that the damage was due to user error, and my request was rejected. I do not accept this evaluation, because the short usage time and the way the shoes were sold as original and guaranteed do not match the condition they are in now. I request that my shoes, which I believe are defective, be replaced with a new product. I kindly ask you to review my complaint again and provide a solution in the form of a product exchange.
There is still no response; if the defective product is not dealt with, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board.
