New Balance Wet Bag Fail - Red Ink Stained Jacket, Poor Quality!

I bought two pairs of shoes from New Balance’s own store. They placed each pair in a separate box and then put them together in a cardboard shopping bag. However, since the weather was rainy, the bag completely tore apart, and the red print on the cardboard bag bled all over my white jacket, ruining it. I also had to carry the boxes by hand. It’s hard to understand how such a well-known brand could provide such low-quality bags after paying a high price for their shoes.
