Full Refund And Cancel Netshort Subscription

On 22 March, a charge of 95.99 AED was taken from my ADCB card by Netshort for a VIP subscription that I did not approve. I have never intentionally started or used a VIP subscription with Netshort, so this payment appeared completely unexpected and unauthorized to me. I request that the 95.99 AED charged to my ADCB card be fully refunded and that any existing Netshort VIP subscription or automatic renewal linked to my card be immediately cancelled. I also ask for confirmation that no further charges will be made to my card without my explicit consent.
