Unable to Access Netflix on Samsung TV (Model: UE40H6209)

For the past two months, I have been unable to open the Netflix app on my Samsung TV (Model: UE40H6209). I’ve tried everything, but we still haven’t identified the issue. The app keeps displaying different error codes, and even attempts to reset the TV result in errors.

Please note that this is not an internet-related issue. I’ve had the service checked three times, and they confirmed that the problem is not on their end.

If anyone has experienced this issue or knows a solution, I would greatly appreciate your assistance.
