Paid for Netflix but Got an Error – Then They Canceled My Account
I paid for a Netflix subscription, but instead of accessing my account, I received an error message. When I contacted customer support, they told me the issue was password-related and that it couldn’t be fixed for 24 hours. Then, they blocked my password entirely.
I spoke to live chat support, but they were completely unhelpful. The only solution they offered was to cancel my subscription—which they then did without hesitation. Now, I have to wait up to six weeks for a refund! The agent I spoke with, Bozan Toprak, kept repeating the same scripted responses without actually resolving anything.
Why did I even sign up if I can’t use the service? Instead of fixing the issue, Netflix simply pushed me toward cancellation. This is unacceptable! If Netflix doesn’t care about customer satisfaction, why should anyone trust their service?
