Netflix Premium Tablet App Not Playing Any Content, Refund Requested
With my Netflix Premium subscription, I am unable to access any content on my tablet — no series or movies will load. This issue started today, and I immediately contacted Netflix customer service. While the representative tried to assist, the only response I ultimately received was that I should simply wait. This is unacceptable because I am paying for a service that I cannot use.
