Netflix Double Charge Complaint Unresolved

Hello there, hope you're having a great day. I am a proud subscriber of the Netflix streaming service. Back on March 17, 2024, I had the unfortunate experience of being charged twice for something, and it's been quite a hassle trying to get it resolved. They're shifting blame, claiming it's the bank's fault. According to the bank, the problem is actually with Netflix. There is absolutely no chance that the state-owned bank would deceive. Kindly address this matter with urgency. I have a standard membership, which costs ₺119 per month.
