Netflix Charged Me After I Canceled My Subscription

4

I canceled my Netflix subscription online on June 1. After completing the cancellation, I was informed that I would continue to have access to my membership until July 13 and that I would not be charged again during that period.

Despite this, on June 13, Netflix charged $6 to my credit card for another subscription payment. I was charged for a membership that I had already canceled, which has caused unnecessary frustration and inconvenience. I also did not receive any notification through the Netflix app or any other communication channel explaining why this additional charge was made.

I request a full refund of the $6 that was charged to my credit card after my subscription had already been canceled.
