Netflix Charged Me After I Canceled My iPhone Subscription
I previously canceled my Netflix subscription that was purchased through iOS and also deleted my Netflix account. Despite this, I discovered that $4 was charged to my credit card for the June 2026 billing period. I am certain that my subscription had already been canceled, so being charged after cancellation has caused unnecessary frustration and inconvenience.
I request a full refund of the $4 charged to my credit card in June. I also ask Netflix to verify whether there are any inactive or hidden subscriptions still linked to my account and to permanently cancel them so that no additional charges can occur in the future.
I have not yet contacted Netflix customer support regarding this issue. I kindly request that this complaint be investigated, the unauthorized charge be refunded, and my account be reviewed to ensure that all subscriptions have been completely terminated.
