Unexpected $44 Auto Payment From Nebula Astrology

Even though I never purchased a subscription to the Nebula Astrology & Horoscope app, an unauthorized automatic payment of $44 was withdrawn from my Akbank account on May 26, 2026, at 9:11:47 p.m. The transaction receipt number is 000474453.

I never signed up for a membership, approved a subscription, or authorized any payment instructions for this app. I do not accept money being withdrawn from my account without my knowledge or consent. I request that any connection between my account and the Nebula app be terminated immediately and that the $44 taken from my account without my authorization be refunded in full as soon as possible.

I also request that this unauthorized transaction be thoroughly investigated, that I receive a written explanation of how it occurred, and that all necessary measures be taken to ensure that no similar unauthorized charges happen again.
