Nebula Billed Me Even Though I Never Subscribed
I am filing this complaint because money was withdrawn from my account by the Nebula astrology app without my knowledge or authorization. I first came across the service through an advertisement on its website. I do not have any subscription through Google Play, and I never knowingly or intentionally started any paid membership. Although I have seen the mobile app on my phone, I do not even have an active account with Nebula.
On May 25, 2026, I discovered a $43 charge from Nebula on my Yapı Kredi card ending in 6318. The transaction appears in my account history with the description “epos SCNebulaAP_HT 2505.” Because this transaction was completely unauthorized, I immediately filed a charge dispute with my bank. After reviewing my account activity, this is the only charge I found associated with Nebula.
When I checked the Nebula app and my account, I could not find any active subscription, membership, or payment plan associated with my name. Despite that, my card was charged without any prior notification or my explicit consent, which is both disturbing and unacceptable.
I request that Nebula thoroughly investigate this unauthorized payment, cancel any subscriptions or memberships that may have been created in my name without my permission, and issue a full refund of the $43 charged to my card as soon as possible.
