Nebula Astrology Charged Me After I Deleted the App

I downloaded the Nebula Astrology app once to try it, then deleted it from my phone. I never started a paid membership, agreed to a free trial, or made any in-app purchases. Despite this, on June 17, 2026, my Yapı Kredi credit card was charged $44 without my knowledge or authorization.

As soon as I noticed the charge, I contacted Yapı Kredi Bank. They informed me that a dispute would be opened and that the transaction would be investigated. However, I did not authorize or make this transaction under any circumstances, and I am requesting a full refund of the $44 charged to my card.

I request that Nebula Astrology immediately cancel this unauthorized charge, permanently remove my payment card information from its systems, and ensure that the necessary safeguards are put in place so that no similar unauthorized transaction can occur again.
