Nebula Charged After Trial Despite App Being Deleted

I downloaded the Nebula spiritual guidance application from the Google Play Store and only tried the trial version. Within approximately one hour I decided that it was not suitable for me, did not wish to become a subscriber, and removed the application from my phone. I did not approve any paid subscription or membership. Despite this, on 07/05/2026, about two weeks after deleting the app, ₺2,003.27 was withdrawn from my account without my permission. I am not a member, I did not give my consent to any paid subscription, and I was not informed about such a withdrawal. I request the immediate refund of the ₺2,003.27 withdrawn from my account without my approval and the cancellation of any registration or subscription that may have been created in my name without my clear consent.
