Unauthorized $39 Nebula Horoscope Charge

On December 9, 2025, a charge of $39 USD was made from my bank account under the name “Nebula Horoscope” without my knowledge or permission. This transaction was not authorized by me, and I do not have any membership or purchase associated with this service.

Due to this unauthorized transaction, I request that the $39 USD deducted from my account be refunded to me and that a proper investigation be conducted. I also ask to be informed about the outcome of this review.
