An amount of $39 USD was charged to my credit card by a website called “Nebula” without my knowledge or consent. I noticed this charge only yesterday when reviewing my statement. I do not have any membership, purchase history, or payment authorization with any website called Nebula.

The transaction appears on my card under the name Nebula, and it was processed entirely without my approval. Therefore, I request a full refund of the $39 USD charged to my card and the cancellation of this transaction associated with Nebula.

I ask that this unauthorized transaction be thoroughly investigated and that my hardship be resolved as soon as possible.
