Unauthorized $29.90 Charge From Nebula on Debit Card

I noticed that a transaction was made from my İş Bank debit card by a company listed as “vsa Nebula” without my knowledge or authorization. On February 1 at 11:38 PM, $29.90 was charged to my card, and there is no explanation shown in my account activity.
I did not provide any authorization to this company, nor did I sign up for any membership or make any purchase. The transaction was made entirely without my knowledge. I request that this unauthorized charge be investigated and that the $29.90 be refunded to me.
