Nebula Astrology Charged Me $22 After I Canceled My Subscription

At around 9:00 a.m. on June 19, 2026, I discovered that an unauthorized charge of $22 had been made to my Paycell card account by the Nebula Astrology app. I had previously used only the app's free subscription, then canceled it through my Apple account and deleted the app from my iPhone.

What makes this even more confusing is that the charge does not appear in my Apple purchase history, so it does not look like a subscription renewal processed through Apple. Despite that, the $22 was still deducted from my Paycell card.

I am requesting a full refund of the unauthorized $22 charged by the Nebula Astrology app. I also demand that any membership or subscription associated with my account be canceled immediately and permanently. In addition, I want a clear written explanation of how this charge was processed and what transaction or subscription it was supposedly based on.
