Nebula Took $44 Without Showing an Active Subscription

On June 1, I purchased a $1 package through the Nebula app and used that package. However, I later discovered that the subscription had been automatically renewed without my approval and that $44 was charged to my account on June 8.

I cannot see any screen in the app showing that my subscription is still active. In other words, even though no active subscription appears in the app, this amount was still charged, which both surprised me and caused me financial inconvenience. My Nebula account is registered under o*************@Gmail.com**. Since I could not find a clear contact or customer service channel in the app or on your website, I had to submit this complaint through Şikayetvar.

I request that this subscription renewal, which was made without my knowledge or approval, be canceled and that the $44 charged on June 8 be refunded to my account. Please review this matter and respond to me as soon as possible.
