Nebula Charged My Card Without an Active Subscription
I am filing this complaint because money was withdrawn from my account by the Nebula astrology app without my knowledge or authorization. I discovered the app through an advertisement on a website. I do not have any subscription through Google Play, and I never knowingly or intentionally started any paid membership.
On May 23, 2026, I found a $43 charge from Nebula on my Yapı Kredi card ending in 1808. The transaction appeared in my account activity with the description “epos SA_NebulaAP_OG 1808 2305.” Because this charge was completely unauthorized, I immediately filed a payment dispute with my bank.
After discovering the charge, I contacted Nebula by email. They replied that I would not be charged again and that I could continue using the Premium features until my current subscription period expired. However, despite this response, the unauthorized amount has never been refunded to my account. When I log in to my Nebula account, I do not see any active subscription or payment plan associated with my account.
I request that Nebula conduct a thorough investigation into this unauthorized payment, cancel any subscriptions or memberships that may have been created in my name without my permission, and issue a full refund of the $43 charged to my card as soon as possible.
