Disputing an Unauthorized STG*TheNebulaAP Charge
When I first used the STG*TheNebulaAP app, I only made a one-time payment of $1. After making that payment, I no longer felt comfortable using the service, so I immediately left the website/app. I did not sign up for any membership, subscription, or additional paid service, nor did I provide authorization for any future charges.
Despite this, on June 18, 2026, an unauthorized charge of $44 was made to my Yapı Kredi virtual card without my knowledge or consent. The transaction appears on my bank statement as STG*TheNebulaAP. I never approved this charge and did not knowingly agree to any subscription, membership agreement, or recurring billing.
I am requesting a full refund of the $44 charged to my card by STG*TheNebulaAP. I also demand that any membership or subscription associated with my name or payment method be canceled immediately and permanently.
