Nebula Soulmate App Makes Unauthorized Card Charge

I am filing a complaint regarding money being charged from my account through the Nebula soulmate app without my knowledge or authorization. On September 25, at approximately 10:07 PM, I noticed a charge of approximately $51 from my Garanti Bank card through the Nebula app. The receipt shows the exact amount as 2,522.48 TL.

I do not actively use the app and never authorized a payment of this amount. I also do not remember purchasing any package or subscription. This transaction was made entirely without my knowledge or consent.

I request that Nebula urgently cancel this unauthorized transaction and provide a full refund of the amount charged to my card. I also request a written explanation of how this transaction was initiated and what authorization steps, if any, were used to process it. Finally, I expect Nebula to implement the necessary security measures to prevent similar unauthorized transactions from occurring again.
