Nebula Charged My Card Without a Visible Subscription

I downloaded the Nebula app from the App Store. However, on May 26, 2026, at 7:55 p.m., my physical İş Bankası credit/debit card ending in 86 was charged $42.99 without my knowledge or authorization. According to my transaction history, the payment appears as a one-time purchase rather than a subscription charge.

I do not recall authorizing this payment with either Nebula or Apple, and I never received any notification or advance notice about it. I have not yet opened a support ticket because I am expecting a direct response from your team.

I request an immediate refund of the unauthorized $42.99 charge to my card. If this payment is linked to any membership or subscription, I also demand that it be canceled immediately to prevent any future charges.
