Nebula Billed Me Without My Permission After One-Time Payment

I was directed to the Nebula astrology app through a link I saw on Instagram. I use an Android phone, and the app was likely downloaded from the Google Play Store through that link. On May 30, 2026, I purchased only a one-time astrology service to receive a birth chart reading and was charged $1 to my Yapı Kredi Bank card. After receiving the service, I deleted the app from my phone. I never agreed to any subscription, recurring billing, or ongoing payment plan.

Despite this, I discovered that my card was charged an additional $44 on June 6, 2026, without my knowledge or authorization. When I reviewed the transaction details, I noticed that the charge appeared as approximately $42 USD, suggesting that the transaction was processed in a different currency. I only approved the one-time $1 purchase and never agreed to any subscription or premium package billed in U.S. dollars. I have also been unable to find any way to contact Nebula or reach its customer support. These transactions are associated with my account registered under Eb********@hotmail.com**.

I never created or authorized any subscription, and I object to every charge made without my knowledge or consent. I request that the unauthorized $44 transaction dated June 6, 2026 be canceled immediately and that the full amount be refunded to me. The only payment I ever approved was the $1 one-time service purchased on May 30, 2026.
