App Store Shows No Nebula Subscription Despite Unauthorized Charge

On 04/27/2026, approximately $6 was withdrawn from my İş Bankası debit card by Nebula without my knowledge or permission. I do not even know whether I subscribed to Nebula or not. Before downloading the application, the screen was in Turkish, but after downloading it, everything continued in English, and I honestly do not remember exactly what I may have clicked on. Despite this, there is no active Nebula subscription visible in the App Store subscriptions section.

I do not accept that money was withdrawn from my card without my clear approval or consent. I request that the approximately $6 charged without my permission be refunded to me immediately. If there is any membership or subscription opened under my name, I demand that it be canceled right away. In addition, if Nebula stores any of my personal information such as my name, email address, phone number, or card details in its systems, I request that all of this data be completely deleted.

I expect Nebula to provide a detailed explanation regarding this transaction and to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
