Mytrip Double Charges İş Bank Credit Card $407 for Single Airline Ticket
On August 25, I purchased an airline ticket via the Mytrip website using my İş Bank credit card. Although approximately $407 was charged to my card twice during the transaction, Mytrip sent an email stating that they received only a single payment.
On İş Bank's side, part of the transaction still appears under pending authorizations and has not been refunded to my account for 7 days. The transaction reference number is 623710727308 and the authorization code is 296783. I contacted both Mytrip and İş Bank using these details, but both parties keep shifting the responsibility onto each other, leaving the issue unresolved.
I demand that the pending authorization amount of approximately $407 be released back to my credit card account as soon as possible, and that I be provided with a clear, written notification regarding this process.
