Unauthorized My IQ Transaction on Android — Refund Request

On July 25, 2025, I purchased a one-time IQ test through the My IQ app. However, on November 5, 2025, at 6:21 a.m., $17 was withdrawn from my bank card without my consent. At the time of the transaction, I was asleep and had not authorized any payment.

I tried to contact My IQ customer service for a refund, but I only received automated bot responses and was unable to reach a real representative. There is a serious lack of communication on their part.

This is the first time I have encountered such a problem. The payment was made in Eskişehir, Turkey, from my Android phone. I demand a full refund of the unauthorized charge as soon as possible. Otherwise, I will take legal action to resolve this matter.
