Unauthorised Subscription From MyIQ
I recently discovered an unauthorised monthly subscription charge from Myiq on my Visa credit card issued by Standard Chartered Bank. While checking my transaction history, I noticed that an amount of 40 USD has been charged every month for approximately the last three months, with the first charge appearing around 20 October. I did not knowingly subscribe to any Myiq service, nor did I give my explicit consent for these recurring payments, so I consider these charges unauthorised. I have not yet contacted Myiq or Standard Chartered about this issue, but I am raising this complaint to formally record the situation and to request a resolution. I am asking for the immediate cancellation of any Myiq subscription or recurring payment linked to my card and a full refund of all unauthorised charges that have been taken so far. I kindly request that this matter be investigated as soon as possible and that the subscription be cancelled and the refunded amount be confirmed to me in writing.
