Myiq.com Charged Me Without Consent for Subscription Renewal
I recently discovered on my bank statement that an amount of €29,99 was debited by Myiq.com without my knowledge or consent. I did not receive any prior notification, invoice, or email about this payment, and I was not aware that there was any active subscription. From what I can see, this seems to concern a subscription renewal, but I have never consciously agreed to a paid subscription or to an extension. This €29,99 charge came completely unexpectedly to me, and I do not understand on what basis this payment has been taken from my account. At the moment of writing, I have not yet contacted either Myiq.com or my bank because the amount has just been debited, and I am first trying to clarify the situation. With this complaint, I request a full refund of the €29,99 that has been debited by Myiq.com, and I demand that any subscription or paid service linked to my name or account be cancelled with immediate effect, so that no further amounts will be charged in the future.
