MyIQ Payment Without My Permission
I am writing regarding unauthorized charges linked to an IQ test purchase from MYIQ / SG IQ Institute. I once bought an IQ test from them, with the clear understanding that it was a one‑time purchase and not a subscription. Despite this, SG IQ Institute has withdrawn 327.48 SEK from my account, and a new payment of 321.01 SEK was scheduled for 15/1. I have never knowingly approved or signed up for any subscription or recurring payment with this company. The charges are taken from my bank card, and I have a bank statement clearly showing that these amounts have been paid to SG IQ Institute. To protect myself from further withdrawals, I have now blocked this card. I also cannot access my account with them: when I try to log in to their website with my email address or via Facebook, I only get a message that my email is incorrect. I have tried all available login methods without success, which makes it impossible for me to manage or cancel anything from their side. It also does not seem possible to reach any customer service, as I cannot log in to use any support function. I request that MyIQ immediately cancel any subscription or contract that may have been created in my name without my clear and informed consent, stop all future withdrawals, and refund all amounts that have been debited in connection with this unwanted subscription, including 327.48 SEK and 321.01 SEK. I also request written confirmation that my data will not be used for any further charges or subscriptions. I expect you to handle this matter promptly and to return the money for services and a subscription that I have not knowingly ordered.
