MyIQ Keeps Charging My Card After Trial Cancellation

I am addressing a problem related to my MyIQ subscription and repeated attempts to charge my bank card, which have already caused my accounts to be blocked by the bank. Initially, I signed up for a trial and cancelled the subscription during the trial period via the link in the email with my test results, using my phone browser. I used the email address olenasp**@gmail.com for this account. However, later it turned out that the cancellation did not go through, and on 14.01.2026, an attempt was made to debit 131.58 PLN from my account in Poland. These attempts to charge continue, which forces the bank to block my accounts for security reasons. I did not receive any notification from MyIQ warning that the subscription would be renewed, nor any confirmation that my cancellation was successful. I do not consider it fair to pay for a service that I am not using and that I believed I had already cancelled during the trial period. I also feel insecure, because I still cannot be sure that similar attempts to debit funds will not occur again in the future. I tried to contact MyIQ support, but my email was not delivered, and I received a message that the address was not found. My bank recommends replacing my card because of these debit attempts, which is an additional inconvenience for me. I kindly request that you immediately stop all attempts to debit any funds from my account related to this MyIQ subscription and provide clear written confirmation that the subscription has been fully cancelled and will not renew in the future. I also ask you to ensure that no further charges or attempts to charge will be made to my card linked to this account.
