Subscription Charges Without Consent From Myiq.com
I am writing this complaint from Poland. I subscribed to the myiq.com service after seeing an online advertisement that offered the first week at a discounted price of 0.99 USD. At the time of subscribing, I was not consciously aware that I was entering into an ongoing weekly subscription or that I would be charged repeatedly. Since 17 April 2025, myiq.com has been charging my PayPal account 379.62 USD every week without my explicit and informed consent. I have not contacted myiq.com or PayPal support yet, but after noticing these withdrawals, I consider these payments unauthorized and not in line with what I originally agreed to when I signed up through the ad. I request a full refund of all weekly charges of 379.62 USD that have been taken from my PayPal account since 17 April 2025 and the immediate termination of any active subscription linked to my details, as well as the stopping of all future payments. I expect this situation to be reviewed urgently and resolved by refunding the total unjustly charged amount.
