Complaint About Double Charge For MyIQ Test
I am writing regarding an issue with a payment made to MYIQ.com/ EU in St. Julians, Malta. On 5 January 2026, I paid 0.50 EUR with my Polish credit card for a test, but on the same date, the amount was taken from my account twice. I never agreed to any subscription, and I only intended to make a one‑time payment for the test. This double charge has also led to my bank blocking my card, and I now have to meet with my bank adviser to resolve the situation. I do not have a separate order or transaction number from MYIQ.com, but this was the only payment made with that card in a long time, so it is clearly identifiable in my account history. I kindly request that you refund the second, incorrect payment of 0.50 EUR and provide a clear written confirmation that there is no active subscription linked to my name, email address, or card, and that no further payments will be taken without my explicit consent.
