MyIQ Attempted High Charge Despite Only Paying for IQ Tests

November 23, 2025 10:46 PM92

On 23.11.2025 at around 22:07, I used the Myiq website solely to take an IQ test and paid two separate test fees. Aside from these two payments, I did not purchase any subscription, membership, or additional service from the site. Despite this, my card is currently showing a pending transaction of $34 originating from Myiq.

The only reason this pending transaction has not been completed is that my card does not have enough balance at the moment; otherwise, the amount would have been withdrawn immediately. Because of this, I am unable to load funds onto my card or use it normally in my daily life. I only paid for the test fees, yet this unexplained pending amount has caused me significant inconvenience. My card is a Paycell card, and the transaction details show only the amount and the Myiq site name. I also have a screenshot of this pending transaction.

I absolutely do not accept such a high pending charge when I have not purchased or approved any subscription. I do not want any funds withdrawn from my card without my knowledge and authorization. I request the immediate and irreversible cancellation of the $34 pending transaction placed by Myiq, the complete deletion of all card information stored in their system, and assurance that no further charge attempts will be made to this card.
