Unauthorized mSpy Premium Subscription Charged My Card Without Permission

A Premium membership was created in my name through the mSpy application using my Gmail account without my knowledge or approval. This transaction was completed on May 7 at 3:06 PM, and I noticed through the receipt that approximately $27 had been charged from my card. I did not personally purchase this membership and I never gave any authorization or consent for such a transaction.

I request that this unauthorized Premium membership be canceled immediately and that the approximately $27 charged from my card be fully refunded to me. I have the payment receipt available and, if necessary, I am ready to provide it for investigation and review purposes.
