My Mostbet Winnings Stuck Due to Endless Document Requests Since Sept 17

Since September 17, 2025, I have been trying to withdraw my ₺255,000 winnings from Mostbet via bank transfer. However, for almost a week now, I have been repeatedly asked to submit documents such as my card photo and deposit receipts.

I have already provided these documents completely and without error at least 10 times, yet each time I am asked again to re-upload the exact same files. As a result, my withdrawal request is never approved.

I contacted Mostbet customer service, but no solution was offered. I have never experienced such a problem on this platform before—this is the first time. I am making these withdrawal attempts from Gaziantep, and this process has caused me serious frustration and financial hardship.

I demand that my winnings be transferred to my account immediately and that the repeated and unnecessary document requests be stopped.
