Minecraft Bedrock Bug Disables Achievements Without Cheats or Creative Mode

I have been an avid player of Mojang's Minecraft Bedrock Edition on Android for nearly 10 years. I have a survival world that I’ve poured effort into for about two years, but over the past month, a message started appearing claiming achievements are disabled for no reason. I never switched to Creative mode or enabled cheats in any way, yet achievements remain turned off.

I purchased the game on the Google Play Store through my Google account, and I currently play logged into my Xbox / Microsoft account under the gamertag “Cold war TR4166”. I don’t want to lose this two-year-old world I’ve put so much time into—I simply ask that my achievements be re-enabled as deserved and that this issue be resolved.

I request that this situation be investigated, any account-related errors be corrected, and my achievements be reactivated.
