CarX Street Account Wrongly Blocked After Reinstall on Android
I have been playing CarX Street on my Android device for a long time. I unlocked the entire map and owned several expensive cars in my account. However, since the game was taking up too much storage space, I deleted it and later reinstalled it.
When I logged back in, I was shocked to see a message saying my account had been blocked. I have never used cheats or violated any rules, so this ban is completely unjustified.
On August 21, 2025, I contacted the support team at b****[email protected]
** to explain the issue, but even after 4 days I have not received any response. My account contains multiple cars and maps that I purchased through in-game transactions, yet I cannot access them now. Unfortunately, I no longer have the order numbers for my purchases.
I am requesting that my account be reinstated immediately. If that is not possible, I expect a full refund for all the purchases I made in the game. This issue has caused me serious frustration, and I demand an urgent resolution.
