Mochi Breast Pump Malfunction Works Only When Unplugged

I purchased a Mochi brand breast pump from the Civil store in Kahramanmaraş, but I started experiencing a serious problem while using the product. When the machine is plugged in, it does not work properly, yet when I unplug it from the charger, it continues operating on its own. This issue especially started last night, and since then my baby and I have been exhausted from struggling with it throughout the night. The malfunctioning of the breast pump is negatively affecting both my baby’s feeding and my own health. I cannot use the product and I am worried about how I will manage under these circumstances.
