Mobile Legends Diamonds Not Received After Payment

In Mobile Legends, I purchased 500 diamonds for my account. However, although the payment was successfully charged to my credit card, the diamonds were not credited to my account. I made this transaction on April 9, 2026, and despite the time that has passed, there has been no change in my in-game balance.

I have the order/transaction number and payment receipt available and can provide them if requested. I have not yet contacted in-game support, as I wanted to first report the issue here in hopes of a faster resolution.

I request that the 500 diamonds I paid for be credited to my account in full as soon as possible.
